North America

Two years hidden...

Since returning to Canada in August 2012, I've done an exceptionally good job of travelling non-stop yet documenting hardly any of it. My main commute has been between British Columbia (BC) and Ontario, which is roughly the same travel time as a trip to London, England from Toronto. It also involves a 3 hour time difference, and considerable cultural differences.

Travel around BC included: Vancouver Island up to Port Renfrew on the West side and Campbell River on the east, Vancouver, and Whistler.
Travel in Canada otherwise included: Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto and Kingston.
Travel in America included: Illinois, Nevada, Arizona and a roadtrip all across the northern states.

My main points to discuss are what it's like living in a city as opposed to visiting it as a tourist; cultural differences within your own country; acculturation after moving back to your homeland; and overall descriptions of the places I've been.

Catch-up ain't easy, but it is achievable!
